Scotify Studios provides full-service creative media production, including but not limited to:

• Video production and commercial videography
• Commercial, event, and concert photography
• Website design and development
• Podcast production and distribution
• Artist development and brand strategy
• Virtual consulting and creative direction
• Social media content and management

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice.

Scotify Studios offers project-based and retainer-based service packages. By engaging our services, you agree to pay the applicable fees as outlined in your custom proposal.

• Project fees are billed per the terms in your signed proposal or invoice
• Retainer plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled with 30 days' notice
• Deposits may be required to secure production dates
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice
• Failed payments may result in project delays or service suspension

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Send unsolicited communications (spam) or violate CAN-SPAM, TCPA, or GDPR regulations
• Transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Harvest, collect, or gather user data without consent
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Scotify Studios. Our trademarks, logos, and service names may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you create and publish through our platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display your content for the purpose of delivering the service.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scotify Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
• Any content obtained from our services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to cancel your subscription.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
